    Thanks for contacting us about Facebook for WooCommerce! Sorry to hear our plugin is giving you trouble. I am happy to help out ??

    One potential cause of this issue is the use of a security plugin, such as iThemes Security. With this particular plugin, other users have reported that unchecking the following options allowed them to connect:

    • Filter Suspicious Query Strings in the URL
    • Filter Non-English Characters
    • Filter Long URL Strings

    If you are running iThemes Security, would you please let me know if unchecking the options listed allows you to complete the connection process?

    If you are running a different security plugin, can you please briefly deactivate it, then attempt to connect?
