    Hi @augustus1996,

    This means the PayPal account most likely is already saved in the Vault for a different WordPress user.

    A PayPal account is saved under a unique customerID in the Vault. This ID is a combination of the invoice prefix and the WordPress user ID and can look like this: cfaebc-123
    So when a buyer makes a PayPal payment while Vaulting is enabled, the PayPal account is saved in the Vault for this specific WordPress user and their customerID.
    When the buyer attempts to make another PayPal payment with the same PayPal buyer account but a different WordPress user account, it would fail because it is not possible to save the same PayPal buyer account in the Vault under a different customerID.

    So in that case, you must either delete the saved payment method from the other WordPress user or use a new PayPal buyer account.
