    @digitalmarketingpremium As per our check you are using the product weight unit in gram on Woocommerce. Please update the weight in KG and dimensions in CM, it will work fine. If you are still facing any issue please drop a mail on [email protected] or raise a ticket from your Shiprocket Panel with all the details (company id /register email id, store URL).
