• This plug in causes way too many headaches and does not work very well at all. It gives errors after trying to sync products with your woocommerce store and gives problems with google shopping ads as well. I receive constant errors of “Bid Strategy Misconfigured” after starting my first campaign. I am told to set up conversion tracking and add a remarketing list in order to improve performance and coverage. None of these things are easily done and seem to cause one problem after the other. I do not recommend this plug in for anyone that is looking for an easy integration. Very poor explanations are given on how to use this plug in and even worse troubleshooting for any problems that you may encounter after using it. This plug in was causing checkout issues on one of my client websites. This is a very serious issue and can hurt your sales if you are involved in ecommerce. I’m surprised that the plug in authors haven’t done anything to improve this plug in considering such poor reviews that it currently has on WordPress. There are many unhappy users of this plug in.

So after doing more research and looking into the WordPress error logs, I found out that the PHP Memory Limit needed to be increased in order for the processes to be able to run correctly. I was receiving an error in the WordPress logs that the PHP Memory limit was being exhausted. I had to log into Cpanel with my web hosting provider and increase the PHP Memory Limit to 512mb from the 256mb that it was set to by default. This fixed the issue where my checkout page would get stuck in a loading loop every time that I would activate the Google Listings and Ads plugin. Once I increased the PHP Memory limit, it allowed the processes to load that were necessary for the plugin to work correctly. This solution may help other people who are having this same issue. Besides that, I haven’t had any other issues with the plugin moving forward.

No I haven’t reached out yet. I was a bit hesitant because of the many unhappy reviews. The problem I am having with the plug in is that when I activate it customers can’t checkout. The checkout page get’s stuck in a loading loop. When I deactivate the plug in, the checkout page loads just fine.
