    Hello,

I’m very happy with this plugin, there is only one problem.
I noticed that this plugin breaks the API connections for woocommerce and woocommerce mobile app.

I disabled all the plugins and enabled them one by one to check which one is causing the issue, and it breaks when activating this plugin. Can you help me troubleshoot / fix this issue?

What information do you need in order to help me?

    Best Regards,
    Gidarno

@gidarno Please go to your WordPress site’s Admin Dashboard > WP Security > Miscelleneous > WP REST API and make sure that the “Disallow Unauthorized REST Requests” checkbox is unticked as indicated in the screenshot https://nimb.ws/r8QuhR.

@pmbaldha Thank you for the reply, that was also my first thought. But when I checked the setting it was already unticked. Jetpack comes with woocommerce by default and is necessary for the connection to the woocommerce app. Is it possible that jetpack and all in one wp security collide with each other?

Are there any other settings or logfiles I can check?

@gidarno Can you please disable all firewall rules and then try again?

@gidarno Can you please make sure that the below listed checkboxes fields are unticked in the Your WordPress site Admin Dashboard > Firewall > WordPress XMLRPc & Pingback Vulnerability Protection section as indicated in the screenshot https://nimb.ws/SL7c3a.

    • Completely Block Access To XMLRPC
    • Disable Pingback Functionality From XMLRPC

@pmbaldha It looks like disabling the firewall works. I will now check the settings for XMLRPC and Pingback. Can i enable the firewall when i untick these boxes?

@gidarno I think you should keep the firewall disabled to work WooCommerce API Connection.
