There are literally no features and no functionality. I pasted a feed URL in the form, and copy and pasted the short code in my page and… nothing. I just see the shortcode displayed as text.

    Is this a real plugin???

  • I have the same issue. I think it’s because they designed it for those stupid useless blocks. There is absolutely no real documentation on how to use it without those blocks and I’m not watching some lame YouTube video where I have to figure out where the information is that I want. Useless plugin even worse support that requires you to share your e-mail address with a third party.

    Hello @myth024 & @grantpowell

There is an issue with the latest version of the plugin that might be a reason you are facing these issues. I’d suggest you please roll back to the previous version and check how it goes.

We built this plugin for both the editors. I’d like to thank you for bringing it to our attention that there isn’t enough information for classic editor users. We will try to improve it.

I’m sharing the link of the video which will take you to the timestamp where you will find the exact information. You won’t need to watch the whole video to figure it out. Please check it here: https://youtu.be/GEFAY2IxxEc?list=PLmRasCVwuvpSWSGkiHXE7FFdQtS3zYLzl&t=84

    Hope it helps.

@myth024 @grantpowell can you please paste the entire shortcode you have used? Could you also mention if you used the Classic Editor or the Block Editor for doing this?

I use the Classic Editor. I’ve been trying to figure out why the short code doesn’t work as shown in the examples. I am pasting the sample short code for two column and three column display linked to in https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/feedzy-rss-feeds/. No matter what version I use, it all comes out in one column.

Now I’ve found this ticket. I looked at the link in the video and there is no info for the Classic Editor.

I read the Support link in the
admin Dashboard /wp-admin/admin.php?page=feedzy-support for how to add the feed but it is only for the Block editor.

The plugin description should make it clear that it is only for the block editor.

@sleeplessindc the plugin works in both editors. The video that you are referring to shows this. In fact it starts off with the classic editor.

Can you please share the shortcode (I requested this before as well) you used that apparently did nothing for you?

Closing this as I have received no response. Please open a new ticket if you continue to face this problem.
