This plugin doesnt work with conditional fields

Hi it is a great plugin, but can be even greater.

Althouhg it seems to work with conditional fields it doesnt. Conditional fields seems to work, because the group shortcodes are listed amongst the shotcodes.

If you are not looking into this problem, can you please advise me where in the code you think some code has to be added. I want to take a look at it.
