This Plugin has not worked for me since 1.3.1

  • So 1.3 was the last version I could get to work well for me. I do not remember exactly why it keeps failing, I just know PressBackup is the one plug in I cannot upgrade. I keep an old copy on hand, and manually install it on all my sites.That works. ANd honestly, even that version is buggy- it only works SOMETIMES…. it is very unreliable. I click Backup Now (S3 or Localhost) and usually it will, but sometimes it looks like it goes through all the motions, but it never saves. THAT is sorta important in my book.

    Anyway, I have gotten tired of always having this ask to upgrade, so I decided to try the new version… 2.5.1 right? So I install on a couple sites…
    and it errors out:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM in /home2/sisms/public_html/wp-content/plugins/pressbackup/controllers/settings.php on line 674

    anything that can be solved???
