i did litle modification and erase blank lines in head

Thank you for this help.

remove line breaks in the header content of a readme.txt file.

I have added Tested up to in my readme.txt file but still the message showing on my plugin.

Note: First i upload a readme.md file and then i upload a new file readme.txt by using TortoiseSVN. I delete the readme.md file but it still there. I can see that file from my plugin’s SVN repository.
