    When this plugin is active certain pages on my homepage appear blank with only the logo showing. Not even the menu is visible so people can not navigate anywhere else. It is not all pages – just some random ones for some reason – and they are working fine when I am logged in so I have no idea what pages are blank before people contact me about it.

    I am tired of this as I have to rely on guests to find out if my homepage is working or not. I have tried to disable every plugin and the blank pages only appear when this plugin is active so it must be a conflict with the MoreNews theme which I will keep. Therefore I have decided to disable the plugin instead and hope that there is a fix as it is a good plugin but I prefer actual traffic over insights to that traffic. My page is working fine because of that so the attached link shows a screen shot of how a blank page looks.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @japanoholic,

    Thank you for reaching out!

    To help us better understand the cause of the issue, could you please check the browser’s console for any errors when the issue occurs?

    Additionally, we recommend enabling the WordPress debug log so that any errors can be logged. You may refer to https://developer.www.ads-software.com/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/.

    To enable debugging, please add the following to your wp-config.php file:

    // Enable WP_DEBUG mode
    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    // Enable Debug logging
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

    This will help capture any potential issues in the log, which we can review to further investigate the problem.

    Thank you for your cooperation!

    Regards,
    Matthew
