This plugin is exactly what I needed

Some of my sites are simple upgrades with very little maintenance and others are complex where I will never do an automatic upgrade without copying core files into an alternative place on the server for quick replacing or completely download the site locally to upgrade. In either case, I find mainwp extremely useful as a place I can get an overview of the required work and use it as a checklist for site maintenance.
