This plugin is hiding my “Cash on Delivery” payment method

    Cash on delivery is a PAYMENT method, however, if i tick the “hide other shipping methods…” checkbox, if any condition is met the other shipping methods are hidden, but also the cash on delivery payment option in the checkout, any clue how to fix this? thanks
