This plugin is life saving!

I come from a long history of complicated data imports and exports, especially between Drupal and WordPress, and vice versa. Long gone are the days of writing complex code to handle these tasks. With WP All Import (I have the pro version) Most of what I did is now drag and drop, and filtering now allows me to avoid complex regex functions that used to make my brain hurt. On the occasional event that I need, the flexibility to add custom PHP script lets me reuse a lot of the tools I’ve already created, effortlessly, to handle anything complicated, but this is rare.

Honestly though, I’m not rating the product, which great, I’m rating the customer service. We had an issue happen on a weekend and needed direction. We were prepared to wait until the following week to get a response, but to our surprise, not only did we get a response, but we got a recommendation that immediately solved our problem. A product is nothing without its customer support, and support here is without a doubt top notch.
