First I want to express I love this plugin and I have been using it since it had less than a 1000 installs on almost all my client websites and this is the first time I ran into an issue and seeking support.

I have installed this plugin in a new website which is using thrive architect builder and added google tag manager scripts in custom html and some css in custom css part of this plugin but none of these options work. Neither css nor the js shows up in the source code or DOM. Can the plugin author/or a moderator confirm that it is not yet compatible with thrive architect builder: https://www.thrivethemes.com/

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I cannot test the plugin with the Thrive Architect Builder, as that is a commercial plugin and I cannot install it on my test website. Nor did I get any other reports about the plugin nor working with Thrive Architect Builder.

Could you deactivate the Thrive Architect Builder plugin for a moment and see if the Google Tag Manager and the custom CSS is showing up on the website?

It works fine when using visual composer as a builder on all my websites. When I deactivated this plugin and all the content goes missing because it is being built using its front end builder.

You can ask the support team of the Thrive Architect Builder if the plugins are compatible.
