This plugin is not configured with a valid Constant Contact account…

I am having this same issue. Please advise.

Having the same issue as well. This plugin suddenly stopped working with no changes to the website or the server. In troubleshooting all of the other plugins for constant contact from other developers work with my constant contact credentials. In this case I host WordPress on my own server and have verified that all of the required modules are active and enabled. I even performed a complete un-install and re-install of the plugin and I still receive the message “”This plugin is not configured with a valid Constant Contact account””

Using Version 2.4.1 of the Constant Contact API for WordPress Plugin.

Please advise.

Same issues as everyone else. All of the sudden the plugin isn’t working. I’ve not made any changes.

Uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing.

Exact same issue. Nothing changed. Can login fine to Constant Contact site but plugin says “This plugin is not configured with a valid Constant Contact account.” Please advise or fix!

### UPDATE: I’m not sure if it’s intermittent, but at this time it is working again “Your username and password seem to be working.”

How crazy is that? Mine is working as well at this moment. I will keep an eye on it to see if it remains stable. Thanks very much for the update.

I had contacted the Webservices team at Constant Contact. Below is the reason why the application/plugin had stopped working.

Thank you very much for reaching out to us about this issue. I have been researching the cause and found that one of our representatives accidentally disabled the application while trying to go out of their way to provide a service to another customer who was having trouble.

While the intention was good, the result was definitely less than desirable and this is definitely an opportunity for training around applications and how to handle them properly.

At the time of sending this email, the application has been re-enabled and should be functioning normally again.
