This plugin is not working ??

    Hi, after installing this plugin, I have set two currencies USD & INR for our website but, when we checked on the website frontend (my friend checked in USA) please check here the Geo location-based currency isn’t working. By default, we have set INR but we want to make separate product categories for USA audience so we needed geo location-based auto currency switcher. But it also not working when we click on the flag and select USD.

    Another problem is after installing this plugin [Buy for best price] button is now showing 0 Rs I don’t understand why it is happing like this earlier it was taking the minimum price (please check here) from the listed stores below.

    What we wanted to achieve with this plugin?

    If you check here in product category page, I have set the shortcode from your documentation which should show the current geo located currency in case anyone want to switch to other currency they can select the currency. (But it’s not working at all)

    Another case is here in this case, different stores by default shows USD (not in this case though but it does) but in theme settings we have set default currency to INR so in [Buy for best price] button it shows in INR for even USA audience which actually needs to be shown in USD (but it’s not working too)

    For Geo location I have set it to
    Auto Detect > Auto select currency
    Geo API > external
    Currency to USD for US & INR for India

    So, what do you think why it’s not working?
    1.Auto currency by geo location and 2. In single product page at buy for best price button, & 3. In product category page. These are the 3 problems we have,

    If this can be solvable, we would love to buy the pro version of this plugin… as we wanted to target for multiple countries.

    But please give us solutions for above 3 problems 1st..

    Hi,

    Thank you of reaching out to us.
    For the issue of currency not changing by the currency selector/bar, please check again if the Cart and Checkout page have been assigned to particular pages yet. https://nimb.ws/Z86TUd It could be the reason, but if it does not help, I would still need to check further to ensure.

    Regarding the Auto-detect currency function, if the issue above is solved, please check that again. If it’s still not working, please try changing the Geo API

    Hi, @angelagrey thank you for your reply, 1) As our website is related to affiliate marketing (not some e-commerce related products) using WooCommerce, we don’t really need Cart and Checkout page so there are no pages related to that, so we have kept it blank in WooCommerce setup page.

    2) Regarding the Auto-detect currency function > I did try both WooCommerce & external options for GEO API but it still not working. [ Actually, related to this I had another question is… can’t we use WooCommerce’s inbuilt integration option for GEO location? i.e. there’s an option for Maxmind Geo location, right? ]

So, for example if this was the case for USA market the product list would be in USD $ but in the [Buy for best price] it’s not showing in USD $ that’s the problem we are facing.

    4) about prices being showed in 0 currency right now > I am really not getting what’s the solution for that. It happened after i used your free version then deleted the plugin, but then (installed again) I realised at least i should reach you guys (if possibly there’s any solution for these issues i am facing) As I really loved your plugin, and was looking forward to buy the pro version so that we can use it for more than 2 country specific audience.

    5) There’s this option Fixed Price in your plugin > after enabling it, it shows in product price section, right? on this regard my question is, for now our website which is using default currency in INR shows minimum price at [Buy for best price] from list of different stores, but for other currencies if we try to put price manually will then it will be able to pull that currency list price automatically?

    Like https://ngocanha6k67.nimbusweb.me/share/7200959/ft6gtczpz5ai73xlg88w if say this flipkart product price was earlier 19,999 $ and we had put it manually, but when the price is automatically updated through API to 19,499 $ then in [Buy for best price] will it take 19,499 $ automatically?

    Just let me know, this is possible to solve including the Geo location issue we are facing… we would love to buy this nice plugin of yours.

    Otherwise, I just have to remove everything I am trying to do right now.

    I just removed the plugin and it’s working correctly now > about the 0-currency issue. that means problem was with your plugin.

    We’ve received a similar comment on our another platform – Envato, I supposed you’re also the author. But just in case, I’ll be leaving my reply for the other comment we received on Envato here:

    The issue is mostly because of a conflict. The plugin that creates [Buy for best price] is likely to not work with our plugin, unfortunately.
