• This plugin claims to have a “responsive menu layout to improve mobile viewing,” but when the menu is viewed on the phone it looks awful. I contacted the developer, Nate Wright, but was given the brush off and even insulted. If you want your menus to look good across all devices, don’t get this one. And one more thing, I agree with the reviewer who wrote that this plugin is overly complicated. It is.

  • Kirsten tried to extort me by threatening to leave a bad review if I did not undertake unpaid work to tailor the plugin’s CSS code to suit her theme.

My customer service record is available for everyone to see in the plugin’s support forum. I frequently provide snippets of CSS code to help out those using the plugin, but I won’t be bullied or intimidated into doing so.

Extort? Not only do you make false claims of device “responsiveness,” but then you treat the customer poorly. But you have shown that above, so I don’t need to say anymore.
