This plugin no longer works with Contact Form 7 (after version CF7 4.3)

  • In Contact Form 7 version 4.3 Google ReCaptcha (nocaptcha) functionality was incorporated into Contact Form 7. The shortcode used for this new functionality conflicts with the google-no-captcha-recaptcha shortcode (“recaptcha”) and breaks this plugin.

    To fix this :

    • Copy and paste your Google recaptcha API key and secret from the plugin settings ( https://www.example.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=google-nocaptcha-recaptcha ) into the new “integration” page for Contact Form 7 ( https://www.example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpcf7-integration )
    • Uninstall Google No CAPTCHA reCAPTCHA by WisdmLabs
    • Change the shortcode in your contact form templates from something like [recaptcha recaptcha-262] to [recaptcha]
