    Hello,

    Had to deactivate the cookiebot plugin since it broke my website when we upgraded to WordPress 5.5

    I believe this is possibly due to WordPress removing jquery-migrate in 5.5.

    Sorry to hear that! Can you give us more information about the problem you have?
    Where does it happen? Do you see any misalignment in the frontend or errors in dev console?

    Can you please share your URL with us so we can take a look at it?

    Thanks for your reply.

    The site uses the Divi theme and was causing Divi console errors, images not loading and full screen video being sliced in half. I went one by one disabling and re-enabling plugins to find the culprit and once I had disabled Cookiebot on its own (no other plugins disabled), all of the problems went away.

    I don’t think sharing the URL will help now as I need to keep the site working so cookiebot is still disabled.

    If you want, I can try and clone the site to a staging area and give you some credentials to try and work out what is going wrong? Would that be helpful?

    Would also like to point out, I just added the cookiebot JS tag manually to the <head> of the document and it works perfectly with no issue.

    Setting up a staging environment would definitely help us debug the issue on your website.

    Can you send us the debug information? Then we can already have a look at that.

    I have the same issue with Divi, fresh install of your plugin and broke my homepage site. Other script and css files are not loaded. And I cant understand how add the cookiebot JS tag manually.
