This Plugin Removes My Drop-Down Navigations

As the title says, when I install this plugin, it removes all of my drop-down navigations on any page that DOESNT have the form. Pages that DO have the form show the dropdown navigations.
Any ideas why?
My site is https://www.doodlesncompany.com, but I have the plugin deactivated.
