So, after much testing it has come to our attention that your plugin removes WordFence from the left nav bar in the WP admin. Not good. Deactivating and Reactivating your plugin clearly reproduces the issue. How can we get this fixed?

    Hi @2chicks ,

    Thanks for contacting us.

I just tried using WordFence, and it appears on the left-hand nav for me. After reading your original post, I see you created a new user. I think what might have happened is whoever set up White Label CMS orginally, might have set it up to hide certain menu items. The person who set up White Label CMS would be able to view all the menu items, and they probably set up so the user that you deleted could also see WordFence as well.

I would suggest resetting White Label CMS. You can do this by activating White Label CMS and scrolling to the bottom of the page and you will see three links, one is Reset Plugin.

Or you can just append this to the URL: /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wlcms&wlcms-action=reset

After you have reset the plugin, I think it is likely that the menu item will appear for all admins.

    Hope this helps
