I have a WooCommerce store with more than 40 plugins, hosted on a fairly powerful dedicated server. The admin panel (wp-admin) is blazing fast. However, after installing this plugin, it slowed down so much that it’s almost impossible to do anything. I’m talking about 30 seconds to assign a product image, 20 seconds to open an order preview, etc. After uninstalling the plugin, everything went back to normal. The front end was not affected in any way. So… how can a single plugin be heavier than all of the other plugins combined?

    Hi,

I understand the performance issues you’re facing. I sincerely apologize that you faced inconvenience due to our plugin.

Yes, I agree with you that our plugin needs to be improved. The plugin has the queries which require more resources and it affects on the site. Actually, we are working on improving our plugin’s performance. We have done some optimizations to the LITE version.

We will be releasing our plugin in the next week with better improvement. So, it must resolve it on your site as well.

I will inform you once we will release the plugin. Let me know still if you have any question.

Also, it would be great if you can share some logs of your site on our support ticket for us to look further into this: https://tychesoftwares.freshdesk.com/a/tickets/new

    Hi,

We have released the plugin version 5.1.3 yesterday in which we have fixed the console log error message and also added JS files which were missing. Also, we have improved performance by background process introduction.

Can you please upgrade the plugin and check if the plugin is still slow for you after the new update? Please let us know the result.

    Regards,
    Chetna Bhutka
