This plugin subsequently broke media upload

  • This plugin broke our ability to upload media to the site. We’d get the mysterious “HTTP error” message, which, WordPress giving such a weird blanket unhelpful message is a different problem to take up with WordPress.

    After going down a bit of a rabbit hole with server settings, we tried disabling this plugin, which was the one most recently added to the site. Media upload worked once more.
