This product cannot be purchased

  • On our gift certificates page, we are seeing this message now. There is no ability to enter in an amount or checkout.

    This is a new issue that apparently just surfaced. The plugin was working recently. Not sure what changed.

    Could you check if the gift card product has defined amounts?

    Are you using a page builder or something similar?

    Will be great if you can share with us the gift card product URL, so we can take a look directly at your site and try to understand what is happening.

    I am having the same problem. I have Divi Builder installed, but not on the product page. there are no defined amounts. Here is a URL for a page in our staging site (we have the problem in the public site and staging site).
