“This product cannot be purchased.” Error

  • Hi, I’ve activated and set up the Add-On Group but when am unable to add the item to cart. When trying, I get the error “This product cannot be purchased.” even though the product is in stock.

    When going to link, the add-on options are for spirits

    We suspect the plugin might be conflicting with another plugin or theme you are using on your website, we attempted to reproduce the error, but can’t reproduce based upon the behavior your described.

    For us to provide support, please perform a plugin/theme conflict test, as outlined here: https://www.bizswoop.com/plugin-theme-conflict-test/ by deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and the Product Add-ons plugin. We want to see if that restores the functionality.

    If yes, one-by-one activate a new plugin until the error occurs again. This could help us identify and isolate where a conflict is occurring and focus evaluating that plugin. Once you have identified the conflict, please report that information back to us for evaluating compatibility.
