“This product cannot be purchased” error

    Hi!

    The plugin is working fine in desktop but when I tried it in mobile, it gives an error “The product cannot be purchased” whenever I tick the upsell offer checkbox. Why is this so?

    Also, my upsell offer has two variations. How do I select the parent product as the offer one when only the variations can be chosen under the “offer product” section?

    Thanks for trying our plugin!

    We have checked this at our end, and we are not getting any error while accepting the offer and proceeding with the purchase,

    Also, you need to just enter the name of the variable product, it will be available in the options for you to select. Because we have provided the feature to either offer single variation as offer or parent product,

    If this is not in your case, then there might be some issue at your site or any theme or plugin conflict which we need to check.

    Also, make sure you are using the latest version of our org plugin.
