This plugin seems like it’s exactly what I need but unfortunately it’s not working. I have all of my plugins updated to latest versions and even disabled all of them except WooCommerce and your plugin. When I go into a product that I know has sales associated with it, I still get “This product currently has no customers”. I read some of the other forum topics and it said to make sure an “Order Status” filter was selected and I’ve chosen “Completed” as well as didn’t select anything. None of these changes seem to make any difference. Any ideas? Would love to implement this on my site.

    Hi @justinrogers,

Strange that it’s not showing any customers! Can you double check that you indeed have some purchases for that product? Do you have any errors in your javascript console? Have you also tried using a wordpress default theme (ie: twentyseventeen) ?

Hello! Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately, disabling all plugins except yours and WooCommerce plus reverting to a default theme (twentyseventeen) still didn’t fix the issue. I updated all plugins today after the WordPress release and re-activated and still didn’t have any luck. I am sure that I am viewing a product that has had some purchases. I’m not sure what else to try – your plugin looks really slick and is exactly what my client is looking for but for whatever reason it’s not working on this site. I did add this to one of my personal sites on a different host and it worked as expected so must be an odd issue on this other site. I’ll have to try and find something else for this particular client but I look forward to utilizing it for myself. Thank you!

Do you use WPML by any chance?

I’m not the original developer for this site so I’m not 100% sure of its history but if WPML is simply a plugin and not implemented another way then no, I do not see WPML as a current plugin on this site. If there is anything else you would like me to do from a debugging standpoint I’m happy to help as I know how annoying trying to chase down something you can’t replicate yourself can be! ??

Fixed issue. The orders were marked as “processing” and not “completed”. Closed!
