• hi, i’m a new blogger using wordpress with bluehost. Yesterday I uploaded few posts and fixed some php at the header, and installed a plugin.
however, i cannot access to my wp-admin site(only wide white screen appears) whatever device i use. I checked what’s going on thru wordpress a few hours later, but jetpack couldn’t bring the whole articles i wrote. what’s worse, i cannot even log in to this wordpress website so i sent an email to me by clicking ‘forgot password?’ but i couldn’t see anything but white screen with the link. I just re-joined to this wordpress site to ask some help.

since i couldn’t access to admin page, i managed to fix some php files and delete plugins that i installed as follows on the internet. I went to cPanel thru bluehost>advanced>FTP and did the process…but it didn’t work.

i need to upload 90+ students’ portfolios on behalf of them. please what can i do?

Errors like this are logged. Check the error log on your server. If you can’t find the log, please contact your host.

Meantime, enable wp_debug and wp_debug_log and after an error, look at wp-content/debug.log to see if anything gets logged there. https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

You can also try this: Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

If you cannot access wp-admin, there are other ways to deactivate plugins.
