This site can’t be reached, connection timed out

  • This morning, when I accessed bujojourney.com/wp-admin, this error appeared:
    This site can’t be reached

    bujojourney.com took too long to respond.
    Try:
    Reloading the page
    Checking the connection
    Checking the proxy and the firewall
    ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

    I tried to access bujojourney.com, the same error appeared. I opened cPanel on a2hosting.com and saw the same error “This site can’t be reached”, so I contacted my hosting provider and they told me there was no problem with my website, they could access it normally. I can access other websites too, except my website.
    I used other devices (my phones) to access my website, the same error again.
    I changed DNS, checked LAN settings, turned off the antivirus software, used another browser, well, no better.
    I’ve done some search and someone advised to do some tracerouters, so I think I’ll post it here in case someone can figure out what my problem is:

    I can access it fine but I’m aware it was 4 days ago now. Can I assume you’re still unable to?

    If you can’t access the cPanel either then this rules out your WordPress installation. Certainly, if others can access it as well (backing up what your hosts have said) then that would suggest a local problem. Have you spoken to your ISP? If it’s not a device/browser problem (which you appear to have ruled out) then it may be a block from your ISP in some way. The only thing I’d consider is your router.
