“This site can’t be reached” error

Hi there,

I’m trying to set up Zip payments on my client’s WooCommerce site and having an issue – after clicking ‘Place Order’ from the checkout I’m getting a ‘This site can’t be reached’ error. I’ve tested in sandbox mode and all seems fine, the problem only occurs when using live API credentials. You can access the staging site at https://dplus.peterjrees.com/ (currently using live API credentials) to see the problem for yourself.

Any assistance would be much appreciated.
