This site is under development

Hello.

When I try to view my home page it directs me to a page that says:

This site is under development.
This page indicates the webmaster has not uploaded a website to the server.
For information on how to build or upload a site, please visit your web hosting company’s site

I already have a web host (iPage) and I have linked the account to WordPress so I don’t know what to do know. I can watch the rest of the pages, but not the Home page.

Please help me.
