This Strange Coupon Discrepancy got my Team really confused!

I don’t have an option to “Active for X payments” in my coupon settings.

Do you have any third-party plugins for managing these coupons?

Could you also share a copy of your site’s System Status Report so we can try replicating the issue? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Thank you for your reply. Below is my WooCommerce Status Report. My manager tells me that the purchased customer did encounter a few Internet cut-offs as his Internet was very weak and had a few disconnections when we guided him to complete the purchase. Could it be that the coupon was applied several times and cause the purchasing pricing to drop?
