This theme is not compatible with Business Directory Plugin

please specify what “not compatible” means. Describe your issue so that we can check the plugin.

As you can read in the thread you have posted, the developer of the plugin is working on a fix.

in the thread you have posted another user (with another theme and other plugins) has an issue when submitting new listings.

I just checked the plugin on a test installation and submitting a new listing is just working fine. So I can’t reproduce this issue. You might want to check if you have other plugins running which conflict with the Business Directory Plugin.

And please note that you first have to create a category, before you can submit listings. I can’t confirm that this plugin is not compatible with the theme.

Of course I addes some categories there.
I will also try to disable other plugins to see if it works, even if with another theme and same plugins it worked.

as said, I have just tested it and I had no issues submitting listings.

If you have tried everything and still have this issue, I recommend you use another plugin or another theme.

I tested the plugins and looks like the combination between WordPress SEO (https://yoast.com/wordpress/seo/#utm_source=wpadmin&utm_medium=plugin&utm_campaign=wpseoplugin) and your theme affected the Businesss Directory Plugin.

Becouse I like your theme too much :), I deactivated the WordPress SEO plugin.

If several plugins are used in combination with a theme, it can always happy that there are some conflicts. Every plugin adds third-party code and additional functions to your site. It is always better to use as less plugins as possible to keep your site running fast and prevent issues.

Maybe you’ll find other SEO plugins which work well with the Business Directory Plugin.
