    Hi! This service is blocking a lot of customers from different countries, I don’t have any blacklisted emails/IP’s or filters and some of the users are actually clients from a long time ago.

    This is the message displaying: “Forbidden. Your IP belongs to a high spam risk network.”

    I researched in the forum and found some similar problems where you only recommended to whitelist these contacts manually which is inefficient in this case because there’s a lot of clients affected and I would have to check the blocked list daily and white list them.

    Thank you for pointing out your website.
    In your case, please do the following:

    1. Update our plugin to the current version. This guide will help you: https://cleantalk.org/help/update-wordpress.
    2. WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Set cookies” to “Off” —> Save Changes.
    3. Clear all cache in your website.

    This should help.
