this transaction has been declined with live details.

    i install this add on, this working fine with sandbox details(API Login ID,Transaction Key).. but give error with client live details(API Login ID,Transaction Key). Please guide me about this. may be the client live details are not configure properly.

    this transaction has been declined with live details :
    you need to communicate to authorize.net to get more details you can get more details about error codes in order note
