?Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and send a full screenshot with everything you have installed related to Profile Builder (make sure the plugin version can be seen)?

I used Profile Builder(https://prnt.sc/jGWOPDGT40x7), also WP Mail SMTP (https://prnt.sc/bwqciPXUn_9o) for sending email confirmation during registration. also use the Maximum Character Length profile builder add-on(https://prnt.sc/5rEAEDgpUJqz). it was working at first place without any issue but I don’t know what gets in the middle it start to behave like this(https://prnt.sc/1Rd-SJHd2HKD)

Since you also mentioned that this used to work correctly, then this leads me to think that it could be a caching issue. In this case:

1. Do you use any caching plugins? If so, could you please exclude our pages, the pages created with our shortcodes, especially the page where you have the PB Register form ( [wppb-register] ) from it, and check if the issue persists?

2. If you have any caching enabled via a plugin or from your hosting, please disable them temporarily and check if the issue still persists.

3. Please create a new page on your site and on this new page add only the PB Register form ( [wppb-register] ) and check if the issue still persists.

Actually the 3rd step works for me :), I just deleted the old registration page and created a new one with a registration shortcode [wppb-register]. thanks a lot

hi there, same happened to me. doesn’t matter if i use free or pro version. i only use email for register, with same error: This email is already reserved to be used soon. Please try a different one. not such email adress in database, i checked. the free version is 3.12.3. registration works, email is also sending. but it shows that error during registration. i dont use any caching plugins, all other plugins are deactivated, even if i place the shortcode in a whole new site, all 3 points above didn’t helped for me. any ideas?
