    HI,
    every morning on our homepage the embedded YouTube videos show the message “This video is not available”. After reloading the page it is then also other users do not get this message. The facade mode is also not activated. But if I embed the video via a normal iframe this error is not displayed.

    I put both variants on one page, the iframe version works, the variant via “Embed Plus Plugin for YouTube” shows the error on the first load.

    What can I have done wrong?

    Hello,
    I was able to find the error.

    It was due to the setting “Looping”, this was active.

    Hi,

    I’m getting the same thing when I am using the channel based embed livestream feature.

    The NOT LIVE message will only show up at the end of a livestream. If I refresh the page, I get the THIS VIDEO IS NOT AVAILABLE thumbnail from youtube.

    I checked like Morrowtoon to see if looping was enabled, but it is disabled.

    I cleared my cache and still have the same message.

    I have been having the same issue. When I first set up the “Not Live” image it worked fine. Then for some reason, all I now get is “Video Unavailable. I tried disabling “Not Live”, saving, and then reenabling but that does not work. I turned off caching and that did not work either. Not sure what to do next. The page I have problems with is https://the-mcaj.org/ministries/evangelism-and-missions/.
