• I’m always suspicious of do-everything, solve-all-your-problems systems. but over 20 WordPress (soon-to-be ClassicPress) sites to manage, was getting a bit unwieldy ?? I researched the current methods available, and settled on MainWP.

One big reason was that it is self-hosted. Also the features available and the general tone of the website works for me. So took a deep breath … and i am happy! just being able to see update status of all the sites in one place is pretty great. i’m still conservative about updating, do my research and check on local — but once i am sure, it is awesome to select them all and click that update button.

attention to detail in the interface, the documentation, support, the “right attitude” of the developers, are all making me a happy admin. I still have more to explore in the thing, am looking forward to it.

Update November 2018 (a year later) — am still very happy with MainWP, and it works fine with ClassicPress too. Looking forward to continuing with it after i port over.
