Good potential but failed

  • Despite a strong desire for this plugin to work….it does not complete successfully on an automatic schedule.

    The plugin will work if run manually. The paid upgrade (to upload to Google Drive) will work if run manually.

    It will not work as an automatic schedule and becomes “stuck” before successfully completing the backup. I suspect this may be a conflict with litespeed web server code.

    Support by the company and programmers has, I regretfully report, been abysmal despite being fed extensive amount of troubleshooting steps taken, background information and weeks of trial and error to resolve on my behalf. The paid support resulted in a standardized suggestion and then all but abandoned me.

    If this program works for you then consider yourself lucky. Many others are not having success.
