Since you’ve got so much white space on the right, it would a lot better if you centered it.

Am I right in saying that the text h1 has been taken out? And are the category links images or are they being generated by Fireworks? Just curious.

Hi, there is a dotted line that runs between the menu and the posts, but it stops half way through. Nice design, by the way.

Looks ok to me, although I, too, get the dotted line only going partially down. I like your links at the top, with your content separated.
