Thoughts on the best way to code this…

This isn’t a WP specific question, but the WP support forum is the friendliest I’ve come across.

A client needs a “pyramid” of links coding and I’m struggling to think of the best way to code it. By ‘best’ I mean the cleanest.

Basically there are 6 social media icons of roughly equal size, each of which must link to its respective website. There is 1 on top, 2 underneath that and a further 3 below that (Hence the pyramid)

I’ve thought of a table, an unordered list even just plain old images in a containing div but I’ve been working for 13 hours now and my brain isn’t working properly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
