Thoughts on the WP User Interface Review?

I find it very impressive, especially the tone: factual, no emotional arguments (unlike many threads here :). Just findings and recommendations.

This review has been out since April. Matt mentioned it in one of his posts, but I haven’t seen anything else about it since then. At least until now — Root has a post about it on his site and now this thread.
Many valid points which could be incorporated into the Schutle project.
