Thousands separator for input variable (Range Button)

Hi,

Thank you for your plugin. We’d like the feature that the totals show the thousands separator, and it even has settings for it. However, we’re missing the thousands separator in our input variable; the range button. We need this because the range slider represents a euro value and it’s hard to read without the thousands separator. Besides, we would like it to be robust with the totals.

Is it possible to provide a small PHP snippet to also use the thousands separator for input values? Especially for the range button feature. It would really help us. Thank you in advance.
