From what I can understand you need to display a formatted output (separated with dot) in the calculation field. Can you please try the following custom code: https://gist.github.com/wpmudev-sls/ef388f11a3ef68ef0e968be061d46f1e

Please make sure to enable the Load form using AJAX option under the Behaviour tab of the form. You can change the separating character as per your requirement at 55th line of the code:

var _separated_character = ' ';// Enter separated character.

Once the code is added make sure to add the class, wpmudev-calculation, on the calculation fields that you need formatted. Please find the option to add an additional class under the styling tab of the calculation field.
