Three column theme sidebars

I’ve got some funny issues going on with my mandingo theme when it is in three-column mode. (the theme author hasn’t responded)

if anyone can take a quick look and let me know how i might be able to fix the posts causing the sidebars to shift to the right it’d be really appreciated.

It seems to happen randomly… if you don’t see it on the first try, just refresh and you’ll know what i’m talking about.
