Three Dots On Load, Does Not Render

    Using the shortcode to display the show index. When the page is loaded, the player just shows a three dot animation and does not render the full player at the top.

    This is only the behavior for a logged out user.

    When logged in, the player renders immediately.

    Not quite sure what the problem is.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the message.

    I see you are using Cloudways, have you tried purging all your server cache? You can do so via the Breeze plugin, and just to be sure cache is not the issue, try purging the Varnish cache in your Cloudways dashboard.

    Wow, that as fast. Thank you Jesse.

    I tried clearing cache from the server level as well as the individual application inside of the breeze plugin options and it didn’t change the state of the player.

    I tried multiple browsers and incognito modes.

    Do you have any other suggestions? Thank you!

    No worries!

    Ok, I can see that something is changing the iframe source of the player to a data image URI. Could you please disable all caching plugins and see if this helps? If it does help, it looks like it might be caused by an iframe lazyloading setting in a caching plugin.

    Jesse, sorry for being MIA, you were correct… lazy loading on iframe was the culprit. I am using Smush from WPMUDEV and once I unticked the lazyload for iframe the error resolved.
