• Hi guys,

I am stuck with this error (Fatal error: Call to undefined function thrive_get_theme_options() in /home/thetearw/playfamously.com/wp-content/themes/focusblog/functions.php on line 682) while using Thrive Themes.

Actually, I spent lots of time searching on the Internet for the solutions, but it didn’t work.

I did change to other Thrive Themes but keep seeing the same error.

    Please advise.

Yourfocusblog theme seems to be the error.

    Try repairing/replacing /wp-content/themes/focusblog/functions.php file.

If you need immediate access to your dashboard, try switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Seventeen, etc.) for a moment using FTP/ SFTP , or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and switch to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder by adding "-old" to the end of the folder name. Alternately, you can remove other themes except the default theme (Twenty Seventeen, etc.). That will force your site to use it.

Thanks @t-p. Actually, I tried many ways, from installing other Thrive Themes to editing the css. But it did not work overall.

At first, I think it’s related to our PHP version in control panel. But it’s not.

I tried changing the theme and it’s ok. But Thrive Themes is so good looking.

    Thanks for your answer.

I tried changing the theme and it’s ok.

That suggests issue with your theme.

    Hi

I seem to be having a fatal error when trying to edit a page on my site with Thrive Architect, but I can’t work out what the problem is. I use a custom theme, and the errors in the log are:

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function wp_enqueue_editor() in /home/sites/5b/0/0158794c50/public_html/wp-content/plugins/thrive-visual-editor/inc/classes/class-tcb-editor.php:271

Do you think the problem is in the theme? Although the errors don’t reference a theme file, only plugin.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
