Thumb image changed since last update

Hello,
I’ve updated my Video thumbnail plugin and now my video thumbs are smaller than previous.
I tryied different changes but nothing goes back ??
It’s really embarassing.
Post with previous version (thumb ok)
Post with new version (thumb non ok)
