    Hi @wpbetsy,

    What are you getting instead? Can you regenerate your thumbnails? You can use this plugin to do so: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ Afterwards, you can delete it again.

    I am referring to “Images” of your plugin at admin. It just shows a white blank square instead of showing the thumbnail of the image.

    That would suggest there are no thumbnails present for your images. Can you confirm your images are larger than 200 by 200? Can you also regenerate your thumbnails to see if it works then (see comment above)?

    The image is larger than 200×200. I have already regenerated thumbnails but it’s still the same. Should there be photo thumbnail on “Image” part of the plugin at admin?

    Besides, can you make the text “Shop it” editable?
