    Hi nosilver4u,

    HELP!

    I’m using 1.4.3. All thumbnail and medium sizes of the images can not find. Need any setting to make its optimized?

    Examples:

    Optimized image: 2013/01/bazar_logo.jpg
    Full size – Reduced by 3.1% (612 B)
    bazar_logo-150×102.jpg – Could not find /xxxx/xxxx/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/bazar_logo-150×102.jpg
    bazar_logo-300×74.jpg – Could not find /xxxx/xxxx/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/bazar_logo-300×74.jpg

    So, obviously, the first thing to check is that those images actually exist where the plugin is looking. If not, what are the actual file system paths to the thumbnail and medium size images in the example that you posted?

    All my thumbnail images in wp-content/upload/2013/01 folder (mostly not appear in media library), same file location for full size image.

    Is that possible conflict with Jetpack’s Titled Gallery and/or Lazy Load plugins and Cloudflare caching?

    the plugin is pulling the locations directly from the database, and working directly on the server, so nothing else should be able to get in the way. If they don’t show in the media library, I highly suspect those thumbnails are actually missing. There’s a plugin that lets you rebuild thumbnails. Try that out, and then re-run the bulk optimize and see what happens.

    The thumbnail image (all was sample data from purchased theme) was in wp-content/upload/2013/1 folder, but not appear in media library.

    Any rebuild thumbnail plugin suggest?

    Is that possible to optimize the themes (with WooCommerce) image with you great plugin too?

    Only items in the media library can be optimized. If you wanted to optimize other images, you could upload them into wordpress, and then download the optimized version for use in your woocommerce theme.

    Wow super fastest response than others plugin owner that I sure will recommend to my THEME member (whose suffering page load) in theme forum.

    Noted and thanks your suggestions and tricks.

    Will update here after try rebuild thumbnail and rerun bulk optimize.
